In this modern world, the race of becoming more richer and pwerful take away the sleep of many person. This would affect the live of the person in a great way and the life of peoples become shorter and shorter .Not taking a good sleep can cause many problems to our body.Peoples are so busy that they are not even take care of their body.this would results in many bad effects to the body.
GOOD SLEEP MEANS TO TAKE A REST OF ATLEAST 5 HOURS

EFFECTS OF NOT GETTING A GOOD SLEEP

1.The most bad effect of not getting good sleep is in our health. We felt depressed ,tension and headche etc.
2.Dark circles-On not getting a good sleep we see that there are dark circles around eyes.
3.Fat-Peoples who doesn't get a good sleep are more fattier that the people who are gettig a good sleep.
4.people are not feels fresh and can results in severe problems to the body.

TIPS TO GET A GOOD SLEEP


1.Excercise-Do excercise regularly atleast for 1 hours daily.So, that our body feels tired and we take a good sleep.
2.Use less mobiles,smartphones,tablets and laptops the blue radiation coming out of the mobile actives the sensor of our eyes that usually astives in the sunlight and thus take away the sleep .kept away mobiles and smartphones 1 hour before going to bed.
3.place atleast 2 meter away mobile from yourself because the radiation comes out of the mobile would not only affect our health but our sleep also.
4.Walk-Take a walk after eating food at night so that , your food get digested and your body feels tired.
5.Massage-Do massage of your head for atleast 5mins before going to bed to give relaxation to your head
6.Ghee-Take a spoon of ghee heat it(not too much ) and smell it with deep breath(not take it inside the nose). Than you will definetly get a good sleep for atleast 5 hours .Your sleep don't get break in the middle and not seeing nightmares also.
7.After going to bed take deep breath 5 times and throw out all the tension and difficultes in your mind and relax your mind and sleep.
8.Follow all the rules regulary and genuely.
